Delivery

Delivery is free for all purchases. Delivery times are as follows:
– France: 3 to 5 working days
– European Union: 3 to 14 working days
– International (outside the European Union): 5 to 15 working days

General Return Conditions


We accept returns only for customers located in France and the European Union within 14 days of receiving the product.

Returned products must be in their original condition, with all accessories and original packaging intact.
Damaged, used or incomplete products are not accepted.
Rings that have been resized cannot be returned. Please check product details before placing your order.

Return procedure


To make a return, please contact us by email at contact@bellerive-jewelry.com .

You will need to provide the following information: order number, product description, reason for return.
We will guide you through the return process.
Carefully pack the product with all its accessories in its original packaging or in suitable packaging to avoid damage during transport.
Return costs are our responsibility and we will send you a return label to affix to the package.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If the product is approved for a refund, we will refund your purchase in full using the payment method chosen at the time of ordering, within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
If you wish to exchange the product for another item, please inform our customer service when requesting the return. Additional fees may apply depending on the new item chosen.

Please note that delivery times may be extended in the event of special request , such as a resizing a ring.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track the progress of your package in real time.

You can also track your order directly from your customer account, in the section "My orders" .

In some cases, for shipments outside the European Union, packages may be subject to a customs control , which may cause a delay beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery due to the customs clearance process. Any taxes and customs duties are the buyer's responsibility.

If your order is stuck in customs:
– Check the tracking status with the tracking number provided.
– Customs authorities may request additional information or fees. If so, follow their instructions.
– If the delay is prolonged, contact the carrier or our customer service: we will do our best to help you resolve the situation.
