You can verify, edit, or remove items before finalizing the order by pressing “Buy” and accepting the Conditions. Delivery times are calculated from payment receipt.

(4) You will receive an order confirmation by email, summarizing your order, which you can print or save. Note that this is an automatic message confirming the receipt of your order and does not indicate its acceptance.

(5) A legally binding contract for the purchase of products is only concluded when we send an acceptance notice by email or deliver the products. We reserve the right to decline your order.

(6) You can save your preferred payment method for future use, and we will store your payment details according to industry standards (e.g., PCI DSS). You can identify your saved card by the last four digits.

Product Delivery

We deliver to the EU, USA, China, and the UK. Delivery times and rates vary based on product type, delivery address, and selected shipping method. All orders are shipped within 3 business days of payment confirmation. Shipping is free within the EU; other destinations are subject to shipping fees based on weight and destination. Customs duties are the buyer's responsibility. Delivery times may take up to 2 weeks. Damaged goods should be reported within 48 hours of delivery for claims.

Return and Refund Policy

After receiving our confirmation, return the product within 14 days, ensuring it is in its original packaging, complete, and undamaged. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Once we receive the product, we will process a full refund, excluding return shipping fees.
