Shipping & Returns

Deliveries:

Delivery is free for any purchase made within the European Union and takes 3-14 business days (France 3-5 days).

International delivery is also available for locations outside of France and the EU. The delivery charges for international orders are calculated based on the value of each item:

  • For jewelry valued below €700: €50 delivery fee.

  • For jewelry valued between €701 and €1400: €100 delivery fee.

  • For jewelry valued between €1401 and €3000: €150 delivery fee.

  • For jewelry valued above €3000: €200 delivery fee.

Returns:

At Bellerive Jewelry, we are committed to providing the best shopping experience for our customers. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you might need to return a product. Therefore, we have implemented a return policy that aims to facilitate the process and ensure your satisfaction.

General return conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 14 days from the receipt of the product.

  • The returned products must be in their original condition, with all accessories, labels, and original packaging intact.

  • Damaged, used, or incomplete products will not be accepted for return.

  • Certain jewelry items, such as rings that have been resized, are not eligible for return. Please check the product details before placing your order.

Return process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service via email at contact@bellerive-jewelry.com You will need to provide the following information: order number, product description, and reason for the return. Our customer service will guide you through the return process. Carefully package the product with all its accessories in its original packaging or appropriate packaging to avoid any damage during transportation. You can choose the return shipping method of your preference, ensuring it has tracking and insurance. Return shipping costs will be at your expense unless there was an error on our part.

Refunds and exchanges:

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email of the receipt of your package. If the product is approved for a refund, we will proceed with the refund using the original payment method, within 14 days after receiving the returned product. If you wish to exchange the product for another item, please inform our customer service during the return request. Additional shipping fees may apply depending on the new chosen item.
