Antique Ring, Platinum, Sapphire and Diamonds

Antique pompadour ring dating from the 1910s (Belle Époque) , made of platinum. It is set in its center with an oval-cut blue sapphire weighing approximately 1.60 carats. The surroundings of the central stone are composed of 16 carefully selected old-cut diamonds , giving a very elegant ensemble. The back of the plate is finely worked and the number 1949 is inscribed inside the ring.
