Deliveries
- Delivery is free for all purchases made in the European Union within 3-14 working days (France 3-5 days).
- International delivery is possible (Outside France and EU), our delivery costs are calculated according to the value of each part:
For rings worth less than €700: €50 delivery charge
For rings worth between €701 and €1400: €100 delivery charge
For rings worth between €1,401 and €3,000: €150 delivery charge
For rings worth more than €3,000: €200 delivery charge
Delivery is made with insurance to protect you and fully reimburse you in the event of loss or theft of the package.

At Bellerive Jewelry, we are committed to providing the best shopping experience to our customers. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to return a product. We have therefore implemented a return & refund policy that aims to ensure your satisfaction.
General conditions of returns
Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product.
Returned products must be in their original condition, with all accessories, and original packaging intact.
Damaged, used or incomplete products will not be accepted for return.
Rings that have been resized are not eligible for return. Please check product details before placing your order.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service by email at contact@bellerive-jewelry.com
You will need to provide the following information: order number, product description, reason for return.
Our customer service will guide you through the return process.
Carefully pack the product with all its accessories in its original packaging or suitable packaging to avoid damage during transport.
The return shipping costs are our responsibility, we will send you a return label to stick on the package.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you by email.
If the product is approved for a refund, we will issue a full refund of your purchase to the payment method chosen when ordering, within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
If you wish to exchange the product for another item, please inform our customer service when requesting the return. Additional fees may apply depending on the new item chosen.
